Order by mail with a check
You do not need to use the online form or PayPal to order by mail.
- Download the T-shirt order form (PDF) and print it.
- Fill in your contact information, sizes, quantities, and total. The printed form lists S–XL at $20, 2XL at $22, and 3XL at $23. All shirts are heather gray.
- Mail the completed form with your check to:

The supplied form says to order by the 20th of the month for pickup at Webster’s Cafeteria on the second Monday of the following month, with exceptions in October, June, and July. It states all shirts are to be ordered and delivered by May 15, 2028. Please contact the organizers about exception-month pickup arrangements.

Getting your shirts
Order by the 20th of the month for pickup at Webster’s Cafeteria on the second Monday of the following month, with exceptions in October, June, and July. Contact the organizers about exception-month arrangements. The order form states all shirts are to be ordered and delivered by May 15, 2028. Shirts are for pickup, not shipping.
Payment instructions
Print and complete the order form to mail a check to DWHS Alumni Foundation, Box 9824, Tulsa, OK 74157. Online PayPal checkout will be available once configured by the organizers. Do not pay for the same order both by check and through PayPal.
